Flowers were meant to arrive by courior next day but were sent by post and arrived a day late. Condition of flowers was awful and when called customer services I was informed that I would need to log the complaint in 48 hours so call back then.

I will NEVER use this service again!!!!

Absolute disaster. Flowers ordered and paid for 10am for next day delivery to the main hospital in Northampton. Flowers had not arrived by late afternoon so we phoned their customer services who informed us that there was nothing they could do until after 7pm. Phoned after 7pm, told that there was nothing they could do until the following day, they had to investigate. Was told someone would definetly phone to inform us how the order was progressing, they didn’t. The flowers never arrived on that day neither, had no phone calls from anyone with no explanation. Have phoned and got a complete run around. Daughter in law is still in the maternity unit without ‘our’ flowers with no apology and no sign of any refund, absolutely appalling service, DO NOT USE.

I have been trying to order flowers for 3 weeks, my friends mother died + it was my mum + dads golden wedding anniversary, i am trying to order flowers again for my mother in laws birthday and i cant get past the address, when i type in the postcode it just keeps saying please wait. i have phoned the helpline and was told the address was coming up on their screen but they couldnt take orders over phone. i have ordered these flowers before on numerous occassions and not had any bother. i have e-mailed asda and got no reply so i would be grateful if anyone could help me and tell me what i’m doing wrong.

I never got the flowers. No tracking, bad services. Misinformation around postal services. No guarantee of delivery by PO Parcel Force in 48 hours, totally unclear on site as it explicitly states to allow 48 hours for remote areas. I was posting to central London, the flowers simply didn’t turn up. I rang twice, and emailed 3 times. Still no refund or comp. Waste of time and money. Good job my GF is understanding.

How useless are Asda Flowers? When you try to check out of their website you enter the delivery postcode and it is supposed to find the address like other sites use. However, it just hangs. I phoned the helpdesk and she told me to clear the cookies (which I did)and still didnt work. She told me to then use a different internet explorer (which no-one does!).

Apart from that, no help whatsoever – wouldn’t take an order over the phone. Wouldn’t log a problem. Avoid!!!
