Recently ordered flowers from Bunches for my wife. They arrived on time as expected and the flowers were lovely. Will definitely use again.

It was the free delivery, personalised card and free chocolates that helped make my decision to buy from Bunches florist instead of Interflora on this occasion.

Pretty good choice at the website, value was okay once the flowers arrived.

All in all, would buy from again.

verified and confirmed payment found out that delivery was not guarenteed subsequently they could not offer a solution and blamed postal service for delay.2 bob company who should not take payment if delviery requirements can not be guarented.i have tried several flowers direct and interflora i will ensure to use these service providers as delivery is guarenteed on the day requested.

I receieved flowers as a present from a customer from this company. On the whole. 85% of the bunch have lasted be 2 weeks. The other 15% never opened? Yellow flowers? don’t know what their called, anyway they went brown and i removed. Would i order from them. Yes! I think it was possible there were a dodgy few flowers but on the whole a lovely bouquet

i ordered flowers for my daughter in hospital not realising that flowers were not allowed on wards. instead bunches taking the flowers back and giving a refund, im told that they were delivered by royal mail, and they dont know where they are !!!! £18 down the drain. previous order to the highland got through no problem !!!it used to be the case that your contract was with the business not with royal mail !!
