Absolutely love these guys.
They delivered flowers to my mum on Christmas day, not very convenient having a birthday on Christmas day but well done to Flower Station.

I have used other online florist on numerous occasions. In past the choice was b ased on locality, thinking i would be guaranteed a product.
How wrong was I.
This florist was based a bit further but was on time and a great bunch of flowers.

I ordered a Christmas tree from Flower Station. It was of great quality, delivery service was great.
What pleased me most was the fact that when I called up after New Year to see if they could collect the tree, they were more than happy to. It was free of charge as well.

I called every flower delivery service i could find in google for the UK. NON of them could cater for my needs except 2.
1 was ridiculousy priced and the other was FLowerstation at a great price which i opted for. They even gave me a discount!! delivered on time!
will be using them again

I purchased a living social deal for a dozen long stemmed roses, when I rang Flower Station on the Thursday to arrange delivery I was rudely told to call back next week as they could’nt deliver before Tuesday. I rang on the Monday arranged delivery and they arrived at my Grandmothers nursing home the next day, where the staff took care of them, ensured they were trimmed, had flower food,not too hot, water changed etc. When I visited my Grandmother on the Friday every single flower was dead. Living Social are not interested, stating that it is the merchant who is responsible, and Flower Station were most unhelpful stating as long as they were not dead when they were delivered they see no reason to refund or replace them!
All in all a shambles, very disappointed with the poor customer service and will certainly not be using Living Social or Flower Station again.

No one bothered to contact us to let us know, and now our friend thinks we couldn’t be bothered about her 30th. Worst service I have ever had, can’t see how they got such a good star rating. So upset that this has now caused a problem with my friend. Will never use again or recommend to anyone and will leave bad reviews wherever I can!

Dreadful service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a ‘Deluxe’ White & Green bouquet to be delivered to my mother on Boxing Day. Strangely, the bouquet was delivered on Christmas Eve, although that wasn’t too much of a problem. However, my sister sent across a photo of the bouquet that was delivered and I was horrified to see that it bore very little resemblance to the image and description on the Flower Station website! The description on their website says ‘An elegant, fresh and clean hand-tied bouquet of flowers is created by ever fragrant freesias, white akito roses, white crane brassicas, snapdragons, as well as lush green foliages’, and also ‘Deluxe option usually includes up to 20% more flower products’. The bouquet delivered comprised mainly carnations and daisies and no roses whatsoever. It was very much inferior, badly put together and could in no way be described as ‘deluxe’. It was very embarrassing for me as the bouquet was meant to be a Christmas gift for my mother, and the selection and arrangement of flowers was very poor and not at all what I believed I was paying for. I emailed a complaint to Flower Station on Christmas Day and still haven’t received a response a week later. Needless to say, I will never again waste my time and money using Flower Station.

I was extremely annoyed with few online flower companies for messing up my deliveries on a regular basis, I’ve been a bit of a loyal customer for 3-4 months now and feel they’ve done well, let’s see if this fortune can carry on, but so far so good.

I had a livingsocial voucher that entitled me to 12 long stem roses from this company. I called them and ordered same day delievery. They never showed up!
I contacted them again and was told by email that the driver had delievered them. He said he saw a man going through my gate and gave them to him and he signed it.
I do not have a gate and no man lives at my address. They will not redeliver even though they went to the wrong address. They just gave them to some man on the street. I have spoken to them numerous times and now they ignore my emails. Do not use this florist!!! I am very upset at the whole process they ruined a surprise and will not take responsibility for delievering to the wrong address.
