I love these guys. Use them every year for my mum and sisters birthday: they have many designs so I can always get them something different that they love. I hate the thought of getting them the same old hand-tied bouquet over and over again. The design that goes into most of these products is really wonderful. Nothing better than seeing the big smile on their faces after the delivery man comes.

Had a poor experience with Flowers24hours.com – it took one week (and many phone calls from me chasing) for customer services to claim that the driver did indeed deliver my flower order, however it was never received by my friend, so either the delivery was stolen or it was delivered to the wrong address or not at all. However, it was his word against mine. While I undersand that on occasion a delivery may be stolen, I am not impressed with the level of service I received or the refusal of a refund, or even partial refund.
