I used funky hampers last Friday (having used them previously)- my step-daughter had passed her exams and was having a party over the weekend to celebrate. I checked the next day delivery box and paid £6.00 extra to ensure this. Nothing has yet arrived (4 days later). When I queried this I got a series of curt and stroppy emails drawing my attention to their terms and conditions (several pages) which indicates that if there is a bank holiday then nothing will even be processed until after then. Other websites indicate at the point of sale what the nature of next day delivery is and do not bury the information on a separate page. The tone of their emails was dismissive and curt and I would not recommend that anyone use their company.

I ordered a sweets hamper from Funky Hampers and to cut a long story short, the hamper has not turned up (3 weeks later). After calling to query the whereabouts of my order, I have told by the Owner of the company, in some very abusive emails, that I am ‘trying it on’ ‘lying’ and ‘wasting their time’. They have taken the payment for the hamper.
Absolutely unbelievable attitude to customers and I would suggest that you steer well clear of this nasty website.

I ordered a hamper from this website and was sent the incorrect one. It was similar but not the exact one I ordered so I sent them an email to inform them of their error.
The responses I received were apalling, the language they used and the tone was disgusting. They told me I was ‘lying’, that the two different hampers were practically the same anyway so they didn’t see the problem. I was accused of ‘moaning to get some money back’. I was told that they would send no more replies to my emails. The customer service is disgraceful and I would not advise anybody to order from their site.
