Probably one of the nicest looking online florists website I’ve personally come across. iflorist is an online flower shop and network of 2,000 local florists throughout the UK, can deliver flowers the same day and also offers an international flower delivery service.

1.8Used iflorist twice, once for a Birthday and recently for Mothering Sunday, on both occassions the flowers never turned up. After complaining to iflorist and requesting a refund, they ignored my requests and instead arranged new order deliveries. The flowers were eventually delivered, but many days after the events. Very unreliable delivery service. I’m still trying to find a way to obtain refunds.

1.8DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH iFLORIST
Nearly two weeks ago, I ordered a bouquet of flowers online with iflorist on behalf of colleagues after some very sad news of a team member. I received an e-mail advising that the delivery had been made but the recipient never received them despite being at home with two family members when delivery was alleged to have been made. I contacted iflorist by their annoying and slow online chat service (this appears to be the only method of communicating directly with iflorist) who said the local florist allocated the job had left them on the doorstep as there was no one in, but no calling card was left or effort made to leave them with a neighbour (delivery was on a large residential development). After a bit of a battle and being told that the recipients may not be being honest(!), the iflorist agent back tracked said that she needed to speak to a manager and promised to e-mail me the next day.
Several days passed and I received no e-mail. When I contacted iflorist to chase them up, they offered to arrange for an upgraded bouquet (with their compliments) to be sent which I agreed to.
When no delivery confirmation was received, I asked the recipient if they had received the flowers and was surprised to learn that they hadn’t, or received a calling card. Again I contacted iflorist who this time advised that the florist had made the original delivery, this time adding that they had also left a calling card. I asked for a full refund which they agreed to immediately. Additionally they offered to send a complimentary bouquet as a gesture of goodwill which I accepted and gave our office address details for delivery so that I could guarantee there would be someone (Security) to deliver to and we could then present the flowers ourselves.
I received a delivery confirmation e-mail but security advised that no flower delivery had been made. I checked the delivery e-mail and noticed that they had been delivered and signed for at the recipients home address for the original delivery attempts. Although delivery was made, no one was in to sign for them and they were left in the garden and a calling card posted. When checking the delivery tracking information in more detail, I noticed that the flowers originated in Nottingham and went via Birmingham and Maidstone for delivery near Dover, a journey of about 250 miles. I haven’t bothered to highlight to iflorist that they have now delivered to the wrong address or that the flowers have been sitting in a dark box for 24 hours!
The iflorist agents may be pleasant and apologetic but this appalling experience has taken 13 days and is sufficient evidence to me that the business is probably incompetent. I can’t be bothered to deal with them anymore; instead I chose to use the time writing this review. Not surprisingly, I will not be using or recommending iflorist ever again and would advise others to go elsewhere if you wish to simply send some flowers to someone.

0Funeral flowers never arrived, fobbed me off for a refund for over a week then told me the flowers were now at the crematorium for me to collect. No one available to authorise a refund at any time of the day. Useless and unforgivable crime in my eyes, don’t bother, you will be disappointed.

1Shocking shocking – sent my Mum in a Nursing Home a Christmas RED tulips. What arrived was a BLACK box with purple tissue paper with WHITE Tulips, FUNERAL flowers! How shocking for an elderly person to be presented with a funeral arrangement. My mother went into complete distress and the nurse had to take the flowers away and calm my Mum. Someone seems to have a macabre sense of humour at iFlorist. Currently waiting to see if iFlorist rectify the problem. Unfortunately I cannot even grant 1 star as a rating as at the moment I feel one star would be one too many!

1.5I ordered flowers on 22 Dec, for delivery on 28 Dec. I received an order confirmation but it’s now the 30th and still no flowers. I’m extremely disappointed as we waited in all day on the 28th for them instead of going out for my mum’s birthday and they never showed up. The money has gone from my account too so they certainly got my order, just have chosen not to fulfil it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW! There is no way to call them, so I have left several email messages but none have been replied. Their ‘online chat’ service is off too. Total con merchants. Do not use this company. Even if they were struggling with orders they should send an email out to say it will be delayed rather than leaving customers feeling cheated. Totally appalling customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

1.5Absolute rubbish. Were supposed to be delivered on the 27th, didn’t turn up until 30th (3 days late for my Mum’s birthday!) and then I got an email telling me they were delivered on the 29th! This lot don’t have a clue and don’t know what they’re doing. It should be simple. Agree a date to be delivered and deliver on that date. *******DO NOT USE IFLORIST*******

1.3Ordered my flowers in early December for delivery on the 27th which is actually my girlfriends birthday. It is always hard to arrange delivery on that day even when it’s not a bank holiday. After I ordered everything and payed, they phoned me the next day (even though they say they are not available to call by phone) and said they can’t deliver on the 27th so the 28th will have to do. So I had no choice but to accept that. It is now the 5th Jan and they still haven’t arrived. I have been through the usual attempts to contact them just the same as everybody else who have been robbed by them. Can’t call them, online chat doesn’t work, no response to numerous emails. Like others on here I probably won’t get my flowers or money back. Just have to view it as a very expensive lesson in online shopping. It is not my girlfriends lesson though so I will still need to go somewhere else and buy some flowers from a proper company.
Please please please do not use iflorist! I have been on the internet since 1998 and have shopped online almost all that time and this is my worst online shopping experience.
You have been warned!

3.5I have used iflorist twice. Both times the flowers have failed to arrive on time despite being ordered well within time limits. The first time was for Mothers’ Day when both sets of ordered flowers failed to arrive. They eventually arrived over a week later.
The second time was an order of flowers for a friend to cheer her up. On this occasion I got several emails saying the flowers had been reallocated for the next day – one day after the chosen date. On that next day I phoned my friend to discover nothing had turned up spoiling her surprise and annoying me. The flowers did arrive two days late, yet I still received confirmation that they had arrived a day earlier!
To sum up – beautiful flowers when they eventually do arrive, but the company can’t be trusted to deliver – either flowers or on promises!

0iFlorist – Terrible funeral flowers experience
If you are thinking of using iFlorist please read this and be warned.
My mother passed away just before Christmas 2011 and the funeral was arranged for 4th Jan. I decided to order the Luxury wreath as the picture on the website looked beautiful.
However as the ordering process completed I realised that at no time was I asked for a time for the funeral, something I know is important for florists for obvious reasons. Mum’s funeral was in the morning so I was anxious to make sure this information was passed on as the funeral was four days later. However, it was only then I discovered that there is no telephone service available for iFlorist, something they say is due to them being an ‘online company’. So, I tried the Live Chat which wasn’t working and also sent some emails. There was no response from them at all in reply to my original query and I left home for the funeral (which was 200 miles away ) the day before totally uncertain as to whether the flowers would be delivered.
You can imagine my distress at the thought of my Mum’s funeral tribute not arriving in time. So, I decided to order some more flowers from Interflora online, spoke to an assistant and was reassured that the flowers would be delivered on time which they were and were absolutely beautiful.
So the day of the funeral arrived and I still had no contact from iFlorist. The flowers did arrive at the funeral but this is where insult was added to injury. The flowers bore no resemblance at all to the advertised picture or the description. What should have been ‘Beautiful calla lilies, delicate spray roses and a mass of lush, vibrant greenery make up this stunning designer wreath arrangement. Carefully crafted and finished with loops of grass’ turned out to be a sad arrangement of just five roses, padded out with cheap chrysanthemums, daisies and assorted ‘garage forecourt’ offerings – and costing £84.99.
I have uploaded both the iFlorist picture and the actual wreath here – judge for yourselves:
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150597551449612.445862.700044611&type=3&l=5730a3ee49
Now I understand that there may well be some variation in blooms available but this is a joke – what I purchased was a Luxury wreath and the variation was so far off the original advertised wreath if this wasn’t for such a sad occasion it would be laughable.
In contrast, the arrangement that I ordered from Interflora was exactly as advertised on line – I wish I’d used them to begin with.
Buying a wreath for your Mum’s funeral is literally a once in a lifetime event, it’s not a thank you gesture, a birthday treat or even a Mother’s Day gift – it’s a solemn and distressing occasion and to be subjected to this kind of insensitive service and poor quality product is appalling.
iFlorist should avoid causing this kind of distress and stop selling funeral flowers online. They should hang their heads in shame.

1.3I wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order with iflorist. I’ll never do that again.
First of all there was nowhere to write the recipients name. When I had placed the order I didn’t get any confirmation e-mail, nor is there any way of tracking an order or finding out the order status. When I logged on again I noticed my last order was still in the shopping basket even though I had already paid for it. Their page said that there was a live helpline available now, but when I followed the link it was just an e-mail form. I don’t know if they are going to deliver my order properly or not, but either way they have already earned their one-star rating. Shop somewhere else.
