What can I say, great products, great delivery options and better still a happy best friend on her birthday! Thumbs up to Interflora – will definately order from them again.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend, delivered within 3 hours – lots of borwnie points from me. A little pricey, but you do get what you pay for where flowers are concerned and a happy other half is worth more to me than the money.

Ordered flowers for Mum from Richardsons at Barnard Castle. Not delivered so rang to complain. Still not delivered. Now I hear that they have financial problems as not paying staff!! Beware.

Sent flowers on the 18th Jan, basket costing £35.00 . 1 Day after one of the flowers in disply already died off, not sure how long the rest will last!!

Placed order for delivery on Mothers Day which turned up at 20.40hrs after ringing them to complain! Flowers all dead after six days. Didn’t get a satisfactory reply to my complaint, but thought I would give them another chance by ordering from them for a friends birthday. Again, the flowers were all dead by the fourth day! Rang to complain and was told it was because they had been sent by courier, which means they were put together from a warehouse and not a florist…what difference should this make!! Was expecting a replacement bouquet which never arrived, just called again and was basically made to feel like I was being a nuisance for complaining! Will not be using Interflora ever again!

Ignore all negative reviews – interflora are really good! I ordered my mum the pink radiance hand tied bouquet at 9am this morning, and they have just been delivered 2 hours later! Bouquet looked identical to the picture and smell gorgeous, my mum was really pleased! Quite expensive with delivery on top but well worth it when the flowers look and smell this good!

Ordered Flowers for our 20th anniversary . Terrible . Turned up on time But not the same as the picture advertised not worth half the money I payed. Try someone else if you value your big day . Wish I could put pictures on here .

Always purchase from interflora, unfortunatly i was advised to try next which i did – All i can say is i am soo sorry interflora for betraying you! Poor quality from next – Interflora have never let me down, always beautiful well worth the money I am back interflora!!!
