I’ve purchased flowers from Katherines Florist for 2 years now both from the Newcastle shop and online. Can’t fault the quality, absolutely stunning arrangements and the flowers always last a couple of weeks.

Would like to see a little more variety though but on the whole very happy customer!

Ive used Katherines Florist a lot! The longest established florist in the North of England (about 40 years) and quality is of paramount importance too. Good value as well because the flowers are better and just last longer. Great business.

Used the same day delivery service at Katherines Florist last week.

Was my Mam’s 60th birthday last Friday… chose the hand tied pink radiance bouquet with a 60 ribbon and a big balloon with 60 on it.

Ordered the flowers at 7.30am, called Katherines at around 11am to check they’d received my order (they were so nice, even said they’d make the bouquest extra special!) and they arrived with my Mam at around 12.45pm.

She loved them, they’ve lasted quite well although the bouquet isn’t as big as I thought it would be.

Will use Katherines Florists again, staff very friendly and helpful if you do need to call them.

I’ve used Katherines Florists a few times over the past year, my better half has been very impressed, more than she has been with other Florists that i’ve used for Valentines/Birthdays/Christmas/When i’m in her bad books!/etc

Definitely the best florist I’ve spoke to, admitidly i know nothing much about flowers but the staff are very helpful, patient and understanding.

Great flowers, great staff, great service.

I am in Asia. I have used Katherine Florist to deliver Balloons and Bear to a good friend in London. It works for me because it delivers and very much on time. Cheers.

Although Which? gave glowing reviews of a particular online florist, actual reviews were pretty damning. so I checked a whole raft of other florists with pretty much the same result, with some big names coming out very poorly. This florist, however, came out well, so I rang them with one major concern – they sometimes have to operate via Interflora; they are in Newcastle and the recipient would be in Northampton! Enough said! They assured me that that they would ensure that what I ordered would be received. And so it was – slightly differently arranged from the website photo, but all the sprays and blooms were present and looking great. So, top marks, and I would use this florist again.
