Beautiful bouquets designed by expert florists. Moonpig offer an ‘add on’ service towards the end of your greetings card purchase but you can also order and send flowers online without the need to order any cards.

I’ve used Moonpig to send flowers on a few occasions and always as an afterthought after choosing a personalised greetings card.
The process is very easy, the choice of flowers isn’t as varied as other online florists I’ve used but that’s probably because Moonpig is best known as a greetings card website.
I’ve been told that the flowers my recipients have received have been lovely though and lasted well over 7 days.

I have already emailed moonpig regarding a very miserable “bunch” of flowers my friends mum received from me. To be fair I use moonpig regularly and have not had reason to complain. In this case my friend was so appauled when she received the flowers for her mum that she took a photo to show me. She lives in Chelmsford. I did not get any satisfaction really from my first email and now I have seen the photo of the flowers myself I feel so embarrassed. Her name is Joyce Taylor and her address is

I have received a basket of flowers for my birthday and it’s very sad that the money has been spent. Due to previously receiving flowers via your company I feel deflated and yet angry when the box arrives as I feel sorry for the person sending them. Due to the different amounts paid. It would be more exciting to go to my local supermarket and buy a large bouquet of a mixed varity of strong long lasting flowers. I would be far happier if the money was sent in the post and I would deal with it myself. It’s not only this delivery I speak about I’ts all of them over a period of time, the person concern works away for long periods of time and so it’s your company which he has depended on.

Was very disappointed by the flowers i received from my boyfriend through moon pig! They arrived on time (the only good part of this review) but had petals falling off, black/dead petals and some were squashed! The day before i had got my boyfriend a £1 bunch of flowers as a bit of fun and they looked much better than the £30 bunch!!! Even other people thought the £1 flowers were the moon pig ones! My boyfriend felt ashamed even though it wasn’t his fault and was as disgusted as me. We ended up driving to the local supermarket (local being 20 miles away) because he felt so bad about them arriving in the condition they were in and wanted to get me a proper bunch. We have taken date and time stamped photos for proof and emailed a complaint and are waiting to hear back from moon pig. The only thing we will except is a full refund and will even send their pathetic flowers back as they are not as described or fit for purpose!

What a rip off, £30 for a bunch of flowers that I can only decribe as for an under five year old child. They were tiny now I have the added expense of buying a small vase to put them in. The box was ten times bigger then the flowers. It may be quicker then going to a florist but at least you know what you are getting when you actually go into a florist.

Had a very bad experience with their flowers. I sent a dozen red roses to my fiancee as a little valentines day treat (the last valentines day we have before we get married). The flowers turned up practically dead. (I was so embarrassed, my show of admiration backfired as she openned them in front of her work colleagues to find a dead bumch of flowers)The petals were black, and the flowers had not been stored correctly. There was also bird muck on one of the flowers – hardly the height of romance! It seems the above reviews have all bought the same product and also found it to be completely sub-standard. I have complained by phone and sent photos of the wilted product. I have requested a full refund, and that they send my fiancee a non-dea set of flowers as an apology.

I received a box of flowers for Mothers Day. The padded bag the stems were wrapped in was practically dry and the flowers were wilting, with browning crisp leaves. One rose had the head broken off, and all the roses were open. TLC with stalk trimming and neck high in water has not revived them. Worse than a stale garage bunch. VERY disappointing effort by Moonpig. No contact details for complaints, so will have to decide whether to let my daughter know …

I was absolutely disgusted at the flowers I ordered from Moonpig. They were nothing at all like the picture on the website. For £35 I expected something better than what resembled a bunch of dead leeks. I ordered them for my mum for Mothers Day and told her i’d ordered her a lovely big bouquet of colourful flowers and she was really excited to receive them and put her day on hold to stay in and wait for them to arrive. What a disappointment. I was so embarrassed when she opened the box and there was a horrible flat bouquet of dull flowers. Definitely will not order from there again! I’ve emailed a complaint and am awaiting a response.

I have been using Moonpig for years and have always been very impressed with their personalised cards and delivery. Never had a problem. Until now.
I ordered flowers and a helium balloon for my wife for Mother’s Day. What I received was a shambles.
The flowers were all mushed together and wilted. I knew the flowers wouldn’t be quite as nice as the picture on the website but this was taking the biscuit. I have seen nicer bunches of flowers on a petrol station forecourt.
as for the helium balloon – it was completely deflated. Not so much a ‘balloon’ anymore but rather just a shiny, crinkly mess.
Considering that this cost me, all in, just over £40 including delivery, this is just not good enough.
For anyone thinking of getting flowers delivered to someone in future – please stay clear of Moonpig and go to an actual florist.

Total rubbish I have seen better flowers in the bin at the cemetary. My Husband bought me £30.00,s worth of flowers for valantines day and they arrived brown and dead ,the ones that were alive did not open up.After 2 emails to complain I was told to send them back for a refund not good enough as the gesture had been spoiled.Mothers day comes along and my son who does not live at home ordered flowers from Moonpig these duly arrived in a worse state than the last lot.I put them straight back in the box and sent them back again gesture spoiled as you dont like to tell people there gift is no good but you dont want them to be ripped off.Come on Moonpig stop ripping people off with these low grade flowers you are banking on people not saying there gift is no good so as not to hurt feelings.Would advise anyone thinking of buying flowers to use a proper florist.

Received flowers from my daughter for my birthday. Flowers seemed ok when they arrived in afternoon, (put straight into water after cutting stems) However, by the next morning they had wilted and hung over the side of the vase. I recut stems and found some flower food and put in clean water. The flowers have not revived and are now looking dead.
I contacted Moonpig as I didn’t want my daughter to know she sent a bad present. They asked me to take photos and send to them which I did. I have not yet had the courtesy of an acknowledgement or know whether my complaint will be taken forward.

I sent Moonpig flowers to my sister in law in advance of her 60th wedding anniversary celebration dinner. I thought it would be a lovely gesture. Imagine my total embarrassment, when we arrived at the venue (which was 300 miles from our home) and were asked by my sister in law if we had sent dead flowers to her as some kind of sick joke! I have e mailed Moonpig twice as I can get no reply to the phone. They have never replied. After using them for some years for cards, I am totally disgusted. I am not holding my breath for a reply or refund from them. If I had spent over £30 at supermarket I would have done better. Totally disgusting service all round!

First, I must say that although I was totally dissatisfied with the flowers, Moonpigs customer service is 5 stars. They have both 0845 and proper landline numbers to call, and you get to speak to someone very quickly. I spoke to 2 different people on 2 occasions and both were polite and understanding. So this is good.
Being fair, they have a reasonable amount of choice on the website, but that’s the only thing thats getting any more than one star for the flowers.
The flowers I received were just miserable, and didn’t open out to be anything close to the picture shown on the website. The second lot were the same and the tulips were red instead of pink. In the end I asked for and got a full refund.
Tip: Send a picture of the flowers by email to flowers@moonpig.com with your order number in the subject line. This way they can see what customers are getting.
Possibly they are still figuring out which florists do the best job. Whoever did my order was no good, so strike them off your list Moonpig.
Good customer service though.

On Saturday morning 1st Sept.,2012, I received a large box from moonpig. On opening them I couldn’t believe my eyes. Inside was a basket, which had been wrapped in a little bit of flimsey celophane. The flowers had not been secured inside at all, and all the plants in the basket were upturned and all of the earth was scattered all around the basket, celophane and inside the box. The plants and even the roots were all crisp and dry – dead. There was no way that anybody had actually looked inside the box for a very long time. I believe the address label was just stuck on the top and sent out. Believe me it was a sight you would rather not see and certainly not want to send or receive. Do not order flowers from moonpig. One rose had the head broken off, and all the roses were open. TLC with stalk trimming and neck high in water has not revived them. Worse than a stale garage bunch. VERY disappointing effort by Moonpig. No contact details for complaints, so will have to decide whether to let my daughter know …

0Only word that can describe these would be awful!! Spent 30 pounds on a punch of flowers I have seen better in a petrol station! I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase them! Will definetly be demanding a refund!!

1.5I was absolutely disgusted at the flowers I ordered from Moonpig.

0This is the second time we have received moon pig flowers, absolute rip off. Flowers are sparse and nothing like the pictures, in face a bunch from the garage forecourt would have been better than this overpriced rubbish. Shame on you moonpig!!!!

1.5I have been using Moonpig for years and have always been very impressed with their personalised cards and delivery.

0I received flowers for Mothers Day they were of very poor quality on arrival, some dead and lell than 24 hours later they look like they are ready for the bin. Not so long ago I had flowers from a supermarket they still looked okay after 2 weeks. I feel so dissapointed for my daughter as money is very tight and the Moonpig flowers were a rip off.Customer service were apologetic but looking at the other reviews it seems a very common situation.

0.8I have just received my replacement flowers from Moonpig (see review above).
Unbelievably the second bunch have also arrived half dead so I am know the recipient of 2 bunches of dead flowers. What a rip off, avoid completely, this has made me unlikely to use any Moonpig services at all.
I have requested a full refund for my daughter.

0.8Total rubbish I have seen better flowers in the bin at the cemetary.

0Very very disappointed with these flowers my son sent me for my birthday on Saturday. They were almost dead on arrival and are now completely dead and in the bin! My M&S flowers that were sent for mothers day are still in the vase.
I have never used moonpig and now I never will.

0.8Received flowers from my daughter for my birthday.

1I sent Moonpig flowers to my sister in law in advance of her 60th wedding anniversary celebration dinner.

1.8First, I must say that although I was totally dissatisfied with the flowers, Moonpigs customer service is 5 stars.

0My neighbour purchased a large bouquet of roses for me, they were beautiful, however a lot of them were crispy round the edges and ALL the roses were in full bloom, after 2 days they are dying and I followed all the instructions to the letter…I do NOT recommend moonpig flowers, I feel so upset for my neighbour..the though was an amazing one for me, Moonpig just didn’t live up to expectation of their sales and receipts.

1.3Ordered the Deluxe April Bouquet from moonpig on the 27th April for my partners mothers birthday on 11th May. They looked huge on the picture but they came in a tiny bunch, half of them are already dead, and they are a completely different colour. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life walking in her home and seeing these pathetic flowers. NEVER use moonpig again. I rang this morning and was told to e-mail a pic, so far no response but I will be ringing back….. To be fair the man on the phone was polite and apologised for it but I will not be accepting a replacement bunch of dead flowers. I want a full refund.

0Just to add to my above post, I rang moonpig this morning after e-mailing them the picture which was advertised with the picture of what I actually received. I was called back within 2 hours by a very polite customer service adviser, given a full refund, £5 credit to spend at moonpig, plus what seemed to be a sincre apology. Would never buy flowers from them again but the customer service is second to none.

0On Saturday morning 1st Sept.,2012, I received a large box from moonpig. Read the above posts!

1.3I have just received box containing Gift Wrapped Lilies for Mothers Day from my daughter and her husband. Inside is a plant pot with 5 stemed Lilies, but 2 of the stems are damaged,ie, the stems are broken and cannot be salvaged. The stems must have been already damaged when put into the box. SOMEONE KNEW THIS. I am so very upset because my daughter and son in law have paid good money for this and when I have spoken to them, I dont think they will use moonpig for flowers ever again.I think my daughter should given a refund.
