I’ve used Moonpig to send flowers on a few occasions and always as an afterthought after choosing a personalised greetings card.

The process is very easy, the choice of flowers isn’t as varied as other online florists I’ve used but that’s probably because Moonpig is best known as a greetings card website.

I’ve been told that the flowers my recipients have received have been lovely though and lasted well over 7 days.

Have used this and it’s really convenient. I worried initially that it’d be an afterthought after the cards – but its all been really good, actually.

I have already emailed moonpig regarding a very miserable “bunch” of flowers my friends mum received from me. To be fair I use moonpig regularly and have not had reason to complain. In this case my friend was so appauled when she received the flowers for her mum that she took a photo to show me. She lives in Chelmsford. I did not get any satisfaction really from my first email and now I have seen the photo of the flowers myself I feel so embarrassed. Her name is Joyce Taylor and her address is
2 Promonade,
Maylandsea
Chelmsford
Essex CM3 6AR
I would like to continue using Moonpig Flowers and Cards but I must say I have lost a little bit of confidence in them.

I AM WRITING THIS TO INFORM YOU HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS IN THE FLOWERS THAT WERE SENT TO ME FROM MY FAMILY IN AUSTRALIA, THEY ARRIVED A DAY LATE AND THEY FAILED TO BLOOM AND WILTED WITHIN THREE DAYS. I HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS FOR YOU TO SEE WHICH I SHALL TRY TO EMAIL TO YOU. I HAVE RECEIVED MANY CARDS THROUGH YOUR SERVICE WHICH I HAVE BEEN REALLY PLEASED WITH BUT I WOULD HATE FOR OTHER PEOPLE TO BE AS DISAPPIONTED AS I WAS.
YOURS DISAPPROVINGLY M WALLACE

Avoid at all costs unless you want to dissapoint. My daughter sent me some flowers from moonpig for mothers day. The flowers were not what she ordered, were unsecured in the box and arrived dead, brown or battered. They had been sent in full bloom, none were in bud. We both emailed a complaint which took a few days to be answered. I eventually got an apology and she was offered credit against anything else she ordered which wont be flowers. Not happy, dont recommed.

We received a bunch of flowers from moonpig.com. On opening the bunch we found the foliage was crispy and brown and the lillies and roses were not in the best condition and died within 2 days.
We contacted Moonpig and was asked to email pictures of the flowers.
They sent a replacement bunch, I have seen better bouquets in a petrol garage.

I have received a basket of flowers for my birthday and it’s very sad that the money has been spent. Due to previously receiving flowers via your company I feel deflated and yet angry when the box arrives as I feel sorry for the person sending them. Due to the different amounts paid. It would be more exciting to go to my local supermarket and buy a large bouquet of a mixed varity of strong long lasting flowers. I would be far happier if the money was sent in the post and I would deal with it myself. It’s not only this delivery I speak about I’ts all of them over a period of time, the person concern works away for long periods of time and so it’s your company which he has depended on.

Orderd flowers for my partner on arrival all the roses were whilted and died the next day…complaining to moonpig i was fobbed off with the fact the roses had “protective petals for shipping” this was laughable also my card was missing…so how could my partner know who sent them?? Do not buy moonpig flowers pick your own it be less hassle .
